I have had a few years experience raising 3 wonderful, gorgeous, almost perfect little girls. I love each and every one of them. Somewhat recently we have added a boy to the mix which has also been an absolute pleasure! This post is to point out some of the obvious and some of the not so obvious differences between the two. Proof, in my opinion, that we are hardwired differently from a VERY young age.
Pink vs Blue.
Sit and Play vs Run and Jump.
Barbies and Dolls vs Trains and Cars.
Color nice vs Color everywhere!
"Dance" by twirling gracefully vs "Dance" by running and jumping around the room involving furniture as much as possible.
Usually sit quiet in church vs never sit quietly in church.
Enjoy sitting down and watching a movie vs running around while a movie is playing in the background.
Stay in and play vs go outside every minute possible.
I must admit both are soooo fun to have! Girls and Boys. They are just different. What have you noticed is different between the two?

I always hear people say that they have been conditioned to act like boys and girls, but I have yet to have a boy pick up and rock a doll and my girls have never made anything they can find in the house into toy guns.
They are hard wired differently.
